Overall the guitar is in fantastic shape, especially for its age. It has some small dings to the body, but nothing nasty. The original pickups have had the covers removed.
There is a guitar pick on the back of the headstock which has that has been put into the wood. The previous owner doesn't know the exact story, but it was believed to possibly be covering the initials of someone who was in the military as they had to engrave their belongings, or it was a factory second. We don't know the exact story, but it isn't covering anything nasty.
All can be seen clearly in the photos.
The frets are all good and the electronics work as they should.
Comes complete with its original Gibson hard case.
